AppointmentsOur appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability.
Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.
Drop-Off Services
We offer drop-off services so that we may meet your pet's medical needs while you are at work.

In the event your pet needs immediate care after office hours or on a holiday, please call the Emergency Animal Clinic of Dallas at: (972) 994-9110. The Emergency Animal Clinic is an extension of our office. The doctors and technicians are specially trained to handle emergency situations. Our office will be notified of your pet's visit so that we may provide follow-up care when it is deemed necessary.
